Wenger on Sanchez: "He feels he can defy the medical people because he is so keen to play. I don't know if he can. I will see today." #AFC
According to reports, the Gunners and Southampton are under investigation by the FA following a complaint believed to be made by a third party over the deal.
Both clubs have been informed that the FA are looking into the deal. The negotiations were handled directly by Southampton's executive director Les Reed and Arsenal's chief negotiator, Dick Law.
When questioned about the legitimacy of the transfer, Wenger said: "I am very happy about his [Chambers'] transfer. I made over 350 transfers since I have been here.
"We have a lot of enquiries about them and we never had any problem."
