Valjda su zato i najbolji, ko zna.”
Re: Liverpool FC
Not bad.

Liverpool will make another effort to discover this weekend whether they can convince Pep Guardiola to take over the managerial reins at Anfield.
The Reds have previously made enquires through Pere Guardiola, Pep's brother and also agent to Luis Suarez, but have not received a response from the outgoing Barcelona boss.
Guardiola had initially claimed he wanted to take a sabbatical from football to recharge his batteries, but hinted earlier this week that he could be willing to take on a new job in the summer.
That has put Chelsea and Liverpool on red alert, and the Reds will again try to make contact with the Spaniard, who won the Copa del Rey on Friday in his last match as Barca manager.
Roberto Martinez has already held initial talks with Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG) but is thought to want more control over transfers than is being suggested at present.
Guardiola, on the other hand, is used to working in the sort of system FSG want to implement, with his focus on coaching the team while a sporting director identifies transfer targets.

Re: Liverpool FC
There are, though, complications as to whether the Dutchman’s methods match the way the Fenway Sports Group are seeking to restructure the club.
Van Gaal has been spending the summer at his house near Albufeira in the Algarve and it is understood that Ian Ayre, Liverpool’s managing director, flew out to meet him last week.
There are very few available candidates that possess Van Gaal’s pedigree. He has been out of work since falling into dispute with Ajax and Johan Cruyff.
While Van Gaal wants to be a head coach or manager, and has had plenty of offers, he recognises that Liverpool is a unique opportunity for him, even if it means working in a different role.
He has won titles in the Netherlands, Spain and Germany with Ajax, Barcelona and Bayern Munich respectively and wants to test himself in English football.
The difficulties lie in Van Gaal being able to adapt to how Liverpool want their new structure to work. The first issue will be how comfortable the new manager would be working with Van Gaal, especially if it is a young manager like Brendan Rodgers or Roberto Martínez.
Rodgers and Martinez are the leading contenders to succeed Kenny Dalglish. Martinez met John W Henry, the principal owner, in Miami last week while Rodgers is thought to be back in serious contention after intially declining a meeting with Liverpool.
Such is FSG’s admiration for Martínez that, after sacking Damien Comolli in April, they considered approaching him for the role of director of football. At Wigan he has had a lot of control about the way the club works and he will be reluctant to cede too much influence to a sporting director at Liverpool.
Van Gaal has a reputation for setting the highest standards and being forthright to the point of arrogance. When he was technical director of Ajax in 2004, his demands caused him to fall out with head coach Ronald Koeman. Van Gaal ended up resigning.
Another issue is that, in all his previous jobs, Van Gaal has taken a substantial staff with him, made up of coaches and analysts. It is understood that he would want to bring key people with him to help infuse his football philosophy.
Andries Jonker, his former assistant at Bayern, has announced that he will be leaving Munich this summer, giving rise to speculation that he will be joining up with Van Gaal again. Van Gaal would also want to bring Frans Hoek with him, the innovative goalkeeping coach who Pepe Reina credits with developing his distinctive style at Barcelona.
Liverpool, though, have apparently refused to accept Steve Clarke’s resignation as first team coach, and only appointed Kevin Keen as a coach last summer, so may seek some continuity in this area. Then, of course, any new manager is surely going to want to bring some trusted coaching staff along with him.
To add to this complicated picture, FSG are also contemplating appointing a technical director as well as a sporting director. They felt that Comolli was taking on too much as director of football and want to divide the responsibilities into two jobs. Pep Segura, the technical manager of the Liverpool academy, is the favourite for the technical director role.
The next step for the owners is to decide whether to meet Van Gaal personally and find a way to resolve the issues that his appointment would bring, or whether to look for a candidate who, while not having Van Gaal’s track record, would prove a more straightforward fit for the way they want to run the club.
Martinez, who is understood to have spoken to Liverpool briefly last Sunday, interrupted a family holiday in the Caribbean to fly to Miami for discussions with the club’s American owners, Fenway Sports Group, over the managerial vacancy at Anfield.
While FSG’s face-to-face talks with Martinez are significant in that they represent the first meeting between the Spaniard and the Americans, it is understood that several other candidates – including Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers and former Ajax coach Louis van Gaal – are still to be interviewed and that an appointment as manager is not imminent.
But with Wigan chairman Dave Whelan voicing concerns over the possible distraction caused by Liverpool’s slow-moving attempts to replace the sacked Dalglish, he has made it clear to FSG that he expects full compensation for Martinez should he emerge as the favoured candidate.
Whelan said Martinez signed an extension to his contract, “so Liverpool would have to buy out his contract. You are into £2 million to £3 million, minimum. Whatever the contract is worth I am sure Liverpool would honour that and buy it out. I have asked Roberto to make his mind up as soon as possible. If we have to lose him, I will move very quickly to appoint a successor.”
Whelan said if Martinez decides to go, “I will accept it and get on with life. If it’s ‘no’ I’ll be delighted. I would love him to stay, I hope he will stay, but I told him I need an answer in the next seven days”.
Liverpool are determined to interview an extensive list of candidates to succeed Dalglish, although former Chelsea manager Andres Villas-Boas is understood to be out of the running to take the position.
FSG also keen to restructure senior management positions at Anfield and Whelan has warned Martinez that he risks losing full control of football matters if he leaves Wigan for Liverpool.
Whelan said: “My information is that the new Liverpool manager will not be given full responsibility of the football department. There will be somebody else signing players and they might not necessarily be the choice of the manager. My advice to Roberto is to think very carefully about this, but Liverpool are a big club and I hope that they remain one of the big clubs. But Roberto likes total control, from the youngsters at 16 to the first team, so if he doesn’t get that, I don’t think he will take the job.”
Off the field, Liverpool have taken steps to fill the vacuum of senior figures at Anfield by appointing Fenway Sports Management’s managing director, Billy Hogan, as chief commercial officer.
Jen Chang, formerly of the American magazine Sports Illustrated, has replaced Ian Cotton as the club’s corporate relations and communications director.
Attempts to fill the sporting director position are continuing, and Van Gaal is understood to be a leading candidate for that position.
The former Ajax, Barcelona and Bayern Munich coach apparently prefers the managerial role, however, and Liverpool’s Dutch forward, Dirk Kuyt, insists that Van Gaal would bring knowledge and experience to Anfield.
Kuyt said: “It is not usual for players to speak about candidates, but he is a Dutchman, has a great track record and has the experience that the club could put to good use.
“At the moment, Liverpool have no coach or technical director, but each club benefits from structure. You look at the Dutch national team and see that consistency and clarity are important.”
Meanwhile, Italian midfielder Alberto Aquilani could be forced to return to Anfield this summer after failing to make enough appearances on loan at AC Milan to trigger a £6 million buy-out clause.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani claims that a deal could still be struck for the former Roma player, however.
“We will not use our option to buy Aquilani before May 31,” Galliani said. “We will reopen talks with Liverpool in June.”

Sve se ovo odužilo baš zbog toga što su "velike ribe za upecati".According to The Times, Liverpool owners want Jurgen Klopp or Pep Guardiola & they're interested in Joachim Löw & Van Marwijk too.

" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Imat' ce priliku to pokazati s ovom formacijom.
