Citajuci ovo sto juventinisimo postavlja, evo i ove zadnje komentare sa gazete itd jednostavno namecu pitanje:
Zasto je to tako sve?
Ili stvarno neko zestok iz milanskih klubova ima debele prste u savezima?
Ili je juventus se zamjerio savezima (sad sa superligom, prije 15 godina za nesto drugo itd)
Ili je ovo sve stvarno cisto kao suza, ali novinari ko novinari, zele srat, trazit, kopat socne vijesti.
Kako god bilo, cinjenica je da je juventus evo vec 2 decenije pod ogromnim pritiskom kada su u pitanju odnosi sa savezom, sa tuziocima i drugima.
i mnogih drugih..istina ce se saznati nakon nekoliko godina.. 
Premessa: questa è una delle telefonate che, benché identificate come rilevanti dai carabinieri al momento dell'ascolto, non entrarono, insieme a tante altre, nelle informative che servirono a condannare la Juve alla serie B nel 2006, sulla base del teorema di una presunta "cupola Moggiana".
Contestualizziamo: l'allora arbitro De Santis il 20 aprile 2005, 32sima giornata di campionato, aveva arbitrato Juventus-Inter 0-1 ed ammonito i due diffidati Appiah e Ibrahimovic, che saltano Lazio-Juve. "Pum pum", verrebbe da dire, e da parte di un arbitro ritenuto della cupola. Ibrahimovic, che aveva risposto ad una provocazione di Cordoba a palla lontana, con una prova televisiva basata su immagini Mediaset riceve due ulteriori giornate di squalifica, che gli impediscono di giocare la partita scudetto Milan-Juventus. La Juventus decide di attuare un silenzio stampa, per tante ragioni (tra le altre un filmato di Cannavaro che si fa una flebo ai tempi del Parma tirato fuori con chirurgico tempismo).
Proprio quel 29 aprile la CAF respinge il reclamo della Juventus: Ibra con il Milan non ci sarà.
Prima di Milan-Juventus, però, i rossoneri devono giocare a Firenze ed hanno tre giocatori diffidati: Seedorf, Rui Costa e Nesta. Leo Meani, ex guardalinee e ora "addetto agli arbitri" milanista, si preoccupa, sente De Santis che deve arbitrare con la Fiorentina, gli raccomanda di non ammonire Nesta e ci mette il carico, avvisando che "i nostri giornalisti... tutto l'ambiente è li che ti aspetta, che se viene fuori una cosina su Nesta ti ammazza". Come un fratello, disinteressato.
"I nostri giornalisti..." dice Leo, una autentica potenza di fuoco nota a tutti, la redazione sportiva di Mediaset, di cui ora, grazie ai social network, conosciamo la scarsa obiettività quando si tratta della Juve. E sì che nel 2006 si ebbe l'ardire di sanzionare il "potere mediatico" della Juve perché Moggi telefonava a Biscardi lamentandosi per il suo "Processo del Lunedì".
Ascoltando questa telefonata e paragonandola con altre di Moggi che sono state trascritte ed enfatizzate nelle informative che servirono a spedire al Juve in B, condite con gli abusati "allarmante" ed "inquietante", abbiamo solo la conferma di quello che è stato il "metodo" applicato sin dall'inizio dell'indagine, che oggi è ben chiaro a molti.
Questa telefonata, con i parametri del tribunale speciale del 2006 ed il "sentimento popolare" abilmente creato, come sarebbe stata giudicata se sottoposta alla valutazione delle corti sportive?
Tralasciando la valutazione dal punto di vista del processo penale, è inaccettabile che tante intercettazioni rilevanti sul piano della giustizia sportiva non siano state sottoposte al vaglio della stessa, di fatto alterando i processi sportivi e le sentenze del 2006, di fatto danneggiando solo alcune squadre e favorendo i successi sportivi ed economici di altre poi prescritte.
Ed in quelle 180 mila intercettazioni ce ne sono tante tenute nascoste: altri dirigenti ed altre squadre "sfuggite" e tuttora silenti.

How would this phone call, with the parameters of the 2006 special court and the cleverly created "popular sentiment", be judged if subjected to the evaluation of the sports courts?
Leaving aside the assessment from the point of view of the criminal trial, it is unacceptable that many interceptions relevant in terms of sports justice have not been subjected to scrutiny by the same, effectively altering the sports trials and the sentences of 2006, effectively damaging only some teams and favoring the sporting and economic successes of others then prescribed.
And in those 180,000 wiretaps there are many kept hidden: other executives and other "escaped" and still silent teams.
