Rabiot i danilo?
Kean i forma?
Rasprodajemo sta imamo i umijemo.

Despite Premier League clubs finally being relieved of harsh Covid restrictions and projected to bring in a record-high £5.4 billion in turnover, the bottom line did not improve much in 2021/22 at a league level, according to a new report by Off The Pitch.
Premier League Financial Forecast 2022 reveals that the Premier-League clubs are set for an accumulated loss before taxes of £590 million in 2021/22, which is only an improvement of £60 million on 2020/21 - a year heavily impacted by Covid-19.
Here is a set of reasons why we project another devastating league-wide loss in the Premier League.
EBITDA down £100 million compared to pre-pandemic levels
Many in the football industry would point the finger directly at spiralling wages to explain the massive accumulated loss.
However, Off The Pitch forecasts that the wage bill will only increase by £70 million in total, which is rather conservative compared to the previous years – the three years before the pandemic in particular.
Looking at one of the most central metrics in football finance, wages-to-revenue, it is clear that the surge in turnover helped the league recover to a somewhat more stable position - from an average of 71 per cent in 2020/21 to 65 per cent in 2021/22. However, for one particular club that development was quite the opposite – Leicester City.
Throughout this summer, the cash register has been shut for the Foxes, following a rather disappointing finish last season. Holding on to key players while not securing European football is estimated to see wages-to-revenue jump from 85 per cent to a staggering 94 per cent, only edged out by Everton’s 96 per cent.
Operating losses worsened in 2021/22, despite revenue high
Fan attendance back to full capacity around the country is also expected to bring other expenses up to pre-pandemic levels. Unsurprisingly, the largest estimated increase is set to be Tottenham’s, with the club going from £64 million to £111 million, due to their multi-functional stadium coming into proper use.
That is set to leave the EPL clubs with an accumulated EBITDA of slightly below £900 million, around £100-150 million lower than the two latest years before the pandemic.
What really sets the season in view apart from those before the pandemic, is the massive increase in player amortisations. Since 2017/18, turnover has risen 2.3 per cent per year annually, whilst player spending on wages and amortisations has risen five per cent annually. During Covid the clubs reached a tipping point, essentially spending all proceeds on players.
That is set to improve in 2021/22 despite player amortisations rising by £110 million to £1.5 billion. However, around 93 per cent of turnover still goes towards wages and amortisations, which is an alarmingly high level when striving to return to profitability.
After incurring depreciation, other amortisations and exceptional items, we estimate Premier-League clubs will record an operating deficit of £941 million in 2021/22, which, quite astonishingly, is £60 million worse than last year.
Despite profit on player sales rising by £175 million to £530 million, clubs are forecast to post a loss before taxes of a staggering £590 million – the largest deficit recorded in a non-Covid year.
Notably, Leicester City and Manchester United recorded the largest deficits of £122 million and £117 million, respectively.
On the other hand, just five clubs recorded a profit before taxes. Liverpool are looking to make the highest profit in the league at £77 million. Brentford came second with a very impressive profit of £26.5 million, after their first season in the Premier League.

Four clubs could also be in trouble because of Juventus
Juventus’ partners are set to get some punishment for collaborating with the Bianconeri to help them gain from capital gains.
Juve has just been punished with a 15-point deduction and it seemed they had been unfairly targeted because the clubs who did business with them haven’t been punished.
However, that is being worked on and a report on Il Bianconero reveals the likes of Empoli, Udinese, Atalanta and Sassuolo are now being probed and could also be penalised for doing business with the black and whites.
Juventus has maintained its innocence, but the FIGC has punished them and continues to work on the case, so more clubs could be sanctioned as well.
Juve FC Says
It takes two to tango when it comes to capital gains and it was a surprise that only the Bianconeri were punished.
However, the latest development means more clubs will suffer and it makes it much harder for Juve to succeed when it appeals the decision.
But that should not stop the club’s plans to petition it and we expect the outcome to be positive since they insist they have done nothing wrong.
These off-field problems must not distract our players, who have a duty to ensure they keep winning so we can end this season very well.
Dobar plan FIGC
Report: Tottenham troubles put Kulusevski transfer in jeopardy
After struggling to make an impact in Turin for 18 months, Dejan Kulusevski found himself a safe haven at Tottenham Hotspur. The winger made the switch from Juventus to North London last January alongside Rodrigo Bentancur.
The duo instantly cemented themselves as regular starters in Antonio Conte’s court. But while the Uruguayan completed a permanent transfer, the Swede remains on the Old Lady’s books.
Initially, observers had no doubt over the 22-year-old’s future, as it was widely believed that transfer would be made permanent at the end of his 18-month loan stint. However, a recent report suggests that the situation is no longer as certain as it had been previously suggested.
According to Calciomercato, Tottenham’s current negative form saw them dropping out of the Top four, which could jeopardize the whole operation.
As the **** explains, Kulusevski’s permanent transfer would be triggered by two conditions. The first requires the player to feature in 50% of the fixtures, while the second is reaching the next edition of the Champions League.
Furthermore, the fates of both Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici are shrouded with doubt, which could also affect the winger’s future, as the report suggests.
Eto Kulua brata nazad..

Former Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo is concerned about the whereabouts of his money. The Portuguese is still owed €20m by Juventus and his lawyers will shortly head to Italy in order to ensure it is safe, as per Diario AS.
This comes off the back of a scandal involving Juventus, which has already seen them docked 15 points for their false accounting. Juventus agreed to delay the payments of some of their players before and after the pandemic, as well as falsely inflating the fees of some of their players in order to improve their financial health.
However the Old Lady did not declare this and thus have run into legal trouble. In addition to their points deduction, Juve could be looking at a fine which triples the amount in delayed salaries, coming in at around €50m. Ode Zaniolo a i Sergej
The players may also be on the receiving end of punishment. By signing those illegal contracts, they have reportedly opened themselves up to around a month-long ban.
Fortunately Ronaldo does not find himself in this position having not signed that document, yet high-profile names like Adrien Rabiot, Wojciech zczesny, Leonardo Bonucci, Juan Cuadrado, Arthur Melo, Weston McKennie, Federico Bernardeschi and Paulo Dybala are all at risk of retribution.
Vidi Berne "lopova".. Ove sto Italija obozava, sve lopovi..
As reported by Tuttomerocatweb the Bianconeri are not keen on extending Paredes’s loan period to next season after the midfielders’ disappointing performances during the first half of this season.
Juventus are under no obligation to keep the 28-year-old on, not when he has failed to live up to expectations and it is hardly a surprise that the club have decided to let him return to PSG in the summer.

Juventus: How and why the Italian giants are in another scandal threatening their future
Italian football has never known neutral ground. It hovers between the extremes, maybe nowhere more so than Juventus. Not even the most catastrophizing among us would have imagined we would be back here, deciphering why and how they have found themselves embroiled, yet again, in another scandal that could threaten their sporting future.
On 20, January the Italian Football Association's sporting tribunal handed Juventus a 15-point deduction on account of the plusvalenze case, immediately dropping the club from third in the table to 10th.
Plusvalenze essentially means capital gains, a hot topic in Italian football for some time. A report by Italian football's industry watchdog, Covisoc, was sent to the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) highlighting certain transfers that raised suspicions. In October 2021, the Federal Prosecutor was invited to investigate whether clubs were artificially inflating players valuations to achieve capital gains.
In April 2022, 59 executives and 11 clubs, including Juventus were acquitted of all charges, the reasoning being that it is impossible to objectively determine the value of a player.
However, prosecutors in Turin's Public Prosecutor office initiated their own investigation (Prisma) and collected evidence which eventually led the FIGC to reopen the case. This process ultimately led to Juventus' punishment.
We are, at this time, still awaiting the official reasoning behind the decision for such a strong penalty.
It's also worth noting that in the capital gains in question represent only 3.6% of the Bianconeri's revenues during that period according to reports.
To make matters worse for the club, a preliminary hearing for the Prisma investigation into Juventus will take place on 27 March and, at this, the club will have to fight allegations of artificial capital gains, false accounting and market manipulation.
They are accused of secretly paying their players that they had said would be foregoing four months' wages during the Covid pandemic. Prosecutors allege that in actuality, players only missed one month's wages and were paid the rest in secret. As a company that's listed on the stock exchange, this would be tantamount to market manipulation if proved true.
The findings and conclusions of that trial could lead to further punishments from the FIGC. The Italian Giants maintain their innocence.
How did we get here?
Were Juventus financially mismanaged? Yes. Did the Ronaldo deal overextend them? Yes. Did they make poor transfer decisions? Yes. In truth it was a little bit of everything exacerbated by a pandemic that hit Italy and its economy harder than most. It's one thing to take a financial gamble, another to do it at the worst time possible but hindsight is 20/20.
Andrea Agnelli and the entire Juventus board resigned in November causing shockwaves in world football. While he may be a polarising figure now, Agnelli was adored by all Juventus fans when he arrived.
Modern in approach, he surrounded himself with great minds and even better coaches. His Juve was built slowly and intelligently, at least initially. Money was not readily available at the start and had to be earned so great effort was put into building a perfectly balanced squad that grew in strength, becoming a force both domestically and in Europe.
However, no matter how well they performed, how many Champions League finals they contested and domestic trophies they collected, they could not match the financial prowess of their European competitors. Globally, their brand was not able to compete despite their incredible history. According to report of 2016, teams such as Milan and Schalke (who were relegated in 2021) were earning more in commercial revenue than the Old Lady. The report noted that the Bianconeri had only earned a relatively measly €73.5m from commercial revenue. That represented only 16% of their entire revenue with broadcasting representing 61%. By contrast, Schalke earned €107.9m.
Juventus' brand needed help. As with any business, you start slowly and cautiously but you must then take a few calculated risks to elevate. Many have opined that Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival at Juventus is what lit the flame that would incinerate their financial future.
Perhaps, but it is almost impossible to not understand the motivations behind striking the match and believing in a better future.
The Ronaldo effect
Ronaldo represented elevation, the next step in a master plan that would catapult Juventus' brand and allow them to compete with the biggest and the best continuously. Was it a successful operation? The debate rages.
Ronaldo's arrival may not have borne fruit on a sporting level but commercially he was the goose that laid the golden egg.
Before the Portuguese superstar arrived, the Bianconeri had as few as 10m followers on Instagram (only 3m in 2015). Now they boast 56m - more than Manchester City, Liverpool and Bayern Munich, among others. That secured better sponsorship deals, a more valuable jersey and many converted fans who stayed even when Ronaldo then left for Manchester.
According to report, Juventus earned €194 in commercial revenue last year, representing 48% of their total revenue.
Of course, increasing visibility and growing a brand is an exercise in futility if the club no longer wins on the pitch and the pandemic wiped out the other revenue streams. Closed and empty stadiums in a country that had one of the toughest lockdowns and decreased broadcasting revenues proved difficult to overcome. The commercial revenue was, and remains, a great help to their finances.
The pandemic ruined Serie A but that's not to say that Juventus did not also make mistakes, none come bigger than letting go of director Beppe Marotta, the man who helped build Agnelli's Juve.
It's widely believed that Agnelli felt the club needed a shake up, to evolve and 'think big' after losing to Real Madrid in the 2017 Champions League final. Marotta was deemed to be too cautious. He was soon let go and Fabio Paratici was promoted.
Paratici may have been a wizard when it came to unearthing great talents but less accomplished when it came to dealing with finances and negotiating. Juventus began spending too much in wages and on players who looked good on paper but less so on the pitch. One of his most famous deals involved swapping Miralem Pjanic for Arthur Melo - a transfer that raised Covisoc's suspicions for the amounts involved.
According to documents seized during the investigation into Juve's finances, Corriere della Sera noted the existence of a notebook said to belong to director Federico Cherubini that commented on Paratici's "excessive use of artificial capital gains". Remember, the Tottenham director was handed the harshest penalty by the FIGC.
Paratici and others struggled to balance the books and balance the team. Creating a team relies on so much more than buying skilled individuals. Marotta spent time on achieving balance, finding players with the right characters and a diverse set of skills to satisfy his coach's requirements.
Without Marotta, Juve no longer seemed to have a plan. Allegri was let go in order to bring in a coach who could provide a more entertaining style of play but Maurizio Sarri was neither given the players to fulfil his mandate nor supported enough to build upon his work.
The strategy changed again. Youth became an answer. The club started depending on younger players and brought in rookie coach Andrea Pirlo. How did it end? Allegri was asked to come back. The club simply could not afford anything but stability especially when experiencing the harsh realities of life after a pandemic.
To succeed in football is tough, to do is in Italy, whose economy contracted by 18.9% in 2020, is incredibly difficult. Agnelli soon realised that Juventus were simply never going to compete with the big boys. Even at her best, the Old Lady was not able to reap the rewards of her sporting success.
Thus came the Super League idea, a way of securing their future, of allowing them to at least compete. An arrogant response to his management's failures?
Some may think so but others may feel he is not wrong in stating that European football needs reform to ensure competition exists in the future. How can others compete against the revenue created by leading clubs in England?
As for Italy, Juventus may be in the spotlight now but many are saying their plight is the tip of the iceberg. Has this case set a legal precedent? The FIGC prosecutor recently requested new evidence regarding Napoli's transfer dealings.
