e tako meni jeran kuka na fm 2011 ja uzeo LFC a on prvo Totteham i prosli jednu sezonu on place nema para doveo Dzeku...a doduse nisam ni ja imao para i hajd igramo i zavrsimo prvu sezonu,ja zavrsim na 6 om mjestu on 2 uzme mu Wolves u zadnjem kolu bodove u gostima 0-1 i on titulu popusi,sledeca sezona ja polako dovodim igrace kojim istice ugovor i jacam tim polako...te polusezonu na zaprepastenje zavrsavam 15 bruka ali u drugom dijelu sezone kako sam ukompanovo tim zavrsim na kraju 4 i upadnem u LP i tako sledecu sezonu on kuka,dobije budget od 22mill za Title chalenge a ja dobijem za isto to 40 mill kuka on i kazem mu ja uzmi svoj tim on uzme svoj tim Man utd i daju mu budget 32 mill i opet on nezadovoljan osvoji titulu a ja drugi ili 3 a ja samo skupljam igrace i prodajem i zaradzujem,da bi narednu svaku sezonu imao budzet zaradzeni od neki 70-87 mill uz extra dobar tim sto cu sad i pokazati....

ima jos puno mladih igraca u rezervama i u18 i na posudbama svi igraci su skoro do 21 godine ili mladji takva mi je politika mlado-prodaj-zaradi sto valja ostavi ima tu jos svasta

tako da u konkurenciji za LP i Eng Pl imam puno igraca koje nemoram Regisatrovat a mogu igrati kvalitetni i slicno;)

Bio sam u go.vnima do guse kao Roy al sam se izvukao i napravio odlican tim...

Da napomenem da mi je Zec igrao u timu kao i ,Rossi,Suarez i jos dosta njih,koliko je Zec bio dobar Real je slinio za njim 2 godine i ja ga na kraju prepustim Juventusu kao i Rossi-ja....

The Professional Footballer's Association chief executive Gordon Taylor has questioned the Football Association's decision to charge Liverpool's Ryan Babel over his Twitter post on Sunday, suggesting they lack a sense of humour and have "much more serious" issues to focus on such as the assault on the Stevenage player Scott Laird.

Babel was charged with improper conduct for posting a picture and comments about the referee Howard Webb on Twitter after Sunday's FA Cup defeat at Manchester United. He sent out a mocked-up picture of the World Cup final referee wearing a Manchester United shirt and also wrote: "And they call him one of the best referees? That's a joke. SMH [shaking my head]." Babel, who has yet to respond to the charge, later apologised via his Twitter account.

"Where's our sense of humour gone in our game?" Taylor said. "He's apologised, let's move on. "I would think that Howard Webb is a big enough man, a big enough person and good enough referee to take it.

"To my mind, and to most footballers' minds, it is the same sort of stuff that flies about every weekend via mobile phones, but they are obviously taking a stance on it. I thought a warning would have been sufficient."

Taylor added: "I didn't feel it was that serious but you can understand from the FA's point of view that they have a job to protect referees. I thought a warning letter would suffice but it may be they need to put a marker down for the future because these sites are being accessed by the media so it can be the equivalent of being on the television or being in the national press.

"But I felt the fact that an apology had been made [would mean] we could move on. Particularly when we've got issues like the Scott Laird situation to deal with, at Stevenage, which is much more serious bearing in mind with the FA Cup there will be teams that will have really good victories against higher opposition and sometimes that can invite a pitch invasion. You don't want that to happen, and be thinking about getting back to the problems of the 80s."

Sigurno ti je bolji jer nije komplikovan a Fm je puno komplikovan i ima puno vise stvari za sve se moras brinuti a ja to gotivim ja sam sef i ja otkrivam talente a ne neki tamo...

Pravo mi je zao sto Elia nije dosao u klub taj nam je igrac bas trebao,mozda se ponovo nesto izmajmunise pa ga dovedu,ja bi bio zadovoljan,Elia-Mwilla za Januar

jest kad igra u juniorskoj konkurenciji ali drug nije isto igrati Premiership... razlika je strasno velika. trebace njemu dosta veremena da se prilagodi igrati sa "odraslima"
btw raja imate podforum za igrice pa bi bilo fino da tamo nastavite diskusiju o menađerima
ipak nista danas od pojacanja ne znam zasto al ja sam bio ubjeđen da cemo danas nekog potpisati

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish definitively answered the question of whether or not the Reds would be players in the transfer market in the affirmative on Tuesday, but he did note that his focus is on players currently with the club.
"The most important people for us are the people that are here. We are going to concentrate on them and everyone will be given an opportunity," Dalglish told ESPN.co.uk. "If something comes up that is an attractive opportunity for the club then we may well take it. It's impossible to say one way or another."
Arguments that Roy Hodgson's buyout and Dalglish's status as interim manager would prevent the club from making deals in the window, but those issues appear to be irrelevant.
Additionally, because of Damien Commoli's presence as director of football strategy, the club did not have to effectively start over in its transfer search due to the managerial transition.
The new manager praised his colleague and noted the significance of his role.
"It's important that we have someone [Comolli] who is there and is actively organising people, looking at team reports and match preparations that include individual players that the club may have an interest in," said Dalglish.
Liverpool has recently been linked with the likes of Keisuke Honda, Ryan Shawcross, Luis Suarez, Vedran Corluka, Davide Santon, Fabio Coentrao, Ricky van Wolfswinkel, and Romelu Lukaku -- among others.
Dalglish, though, wanted to emphasize that there is much hard work to be done, despite the widespread joy over the legend's return as manager.
"It's one thing showing people what you've won, it is another thing to get respect out of them for what you are trying to do and that is what I have got to achieve," Dalglish said.
"The only way to earn players' respect is to work with them, get them on your side and hopefully get the confidence levels up, get a couple wins and take it from there.
"At the moment, it's a wee bit romantic, to be honest. The romance is brilliant, it's romantic for me to be back, and the supporters as well. But at the end of day, this game is not built on romance, but hard facts, and the hard facts are we've got to start winning games.
"Once we get the romantics out the road, we can get to work and we can see where we can go from there."

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish says he will not be spending for the sake of buying in this month's transfer window and will instead focus on the players currently at Anfield.

The 59-year-old will attempt to get the best ouf of the existing squad, and will start by getting their confidence up.

He also commented that the current squad is a lot better than the team's critics are making out.

"I think it is the best squad of players I have inherited as a manager since the first time I came here," Dalglish told reporters on Tuesday.
"We don't have much time to get things up and running so the most important people for us are the people here and we will concentrate on them first and everyone will be given an opportunity.

"As far as I can see, the players are 100 per cent committed to what they want to do – to move onwards and upwards. There are no splits or divisions."

Dalglish has achieved great success on Merseyside, both as a player and a manager, winning the old First Division a total of eight times.

However, coming back into management after a gap of over a decade, the Anfield legend believes he has something to prove in this modern day game.

"I have no preconceived ideas that because of what I've done it gets me any more respect.

The Scotsman has not ruled out the idea of buying players completely though and will work with director of football strategy Damien Comolli, but his attitude will create peace of mind amongst the current players who may be worrying about their futures.

He added: "What is immediate for us is the staff and players we have working together and the people know who they are there will do their very best to do that.

"If someone comes up who is attractive to the club then fine but at this moment there have not been any conversations about that."

Sve to stoji naravno,nisam nigdje ni rekao da je isto premiership i juniori al tehnika koju posjeduje i brzina kojom igra s loptom su zavidni,kad uzmes u obzir da ce jos da napreduje,dobije na brzini i snazi...mislim da mu slijedi blistava karijeri i s odraslim kao sto ti kazes...nadji maxija ili jovanovica kad su bili u susinim godinama i vidjeces razliku o kojoj govorim...

Dobro imamo nekoliko igrača koji sigurno mogu postati izuzetno kvalitetni.Samo se bojim da neće dobiti pravu šansu te da će biti olahko prodati za male novce za koji se ne mogu dovesti ni upola kvalitetni igrači kao oni.
