Ne znam šta se dešava, nadam se da će se nekako izboriti za minutažu. I Grahovac je prvu sezonu presjedio na klupi u Rapidu, možda je to taj period adaptacije ko će znati...

Priliku će dobiti sasvim sigurno. Na drugom forumu sam čitao da je ovo veoma bitna sezona za PAOK, da su doveli mnogo igrača i da će Tudor na kraju sezone ostaviti one koji su zadovoljili. Cilj je da u naredne tri godine stvore jaku ekipu koja će se napokon boriti za titulu, navijači su veoma nestrpljivi.

In short, the biggest problem in this club is the pressure because of no title for so many years (the more bigger a club is, in number of fans and not only, the more pressure there is). This pressure can have many forms but it is not the time to write all that since this topic is still active for another reason. Then you need players with personality to handle all that pressure and the average age of PAOK this season is something like 22 years old, so it's impossible to have players at that age with personality big enough to handle the pressure.

PAOK doesn't have an identity as a club regarding the gaming style or whatever like that. Just to mention that in the last three years (since the new owner took over) we had 6 coaches (2 at each season) and something like 60 players came and go . This season started with new sporting director (Frank Arnesen), with Tudor as a coach and with big number of players as new transfers and the plan is to create a team in the next three years, so personally, i don't expect anything this season (except a place at the play off). I hope, next season those two guys will have make up their mind which players will be the regulars next season and then they will sign, either this winter or at summer, better quality players for the rest of the positions. Then i can say that we are on a good road and the plan is working fine. But the pressure is still on now, from Arnesen to the players, from owner to Arnesen and to coach, from he fans, from he press etc etc because everyone is having high expectation this season while they shouldn't have because that is not the plan. Basically it's a sick situation which i see it happening once again no matter that things this summer started in a different way and with a different plan. Of course all of them have the right to have higher demands (Owner because he is paying, Arnesen because he picked them and he is expecting them to prove him right blah blah blah) but everyone need to back off and leave the team cool a bit.

Znači, kad dobije šansu, mora dati sve od sebe da je iskoristi, a dobiće je sigurno. Čudi me da ga nije ubacio u igru sad u četvrtak jer je bila revijalna utakmica, možda još nije dovoljno spreman.

Cimirot u formi bi nam riješio mnogo problema.
